List View
The List View is a high-density, spreadsheet-like interface designed for bulk organization, metadata management, and rapid data entry. It is the most powerful tool in Cuevue for managing large sets of projects and tasks at once.
The Grid Interface
Every row in the List View represents a Project or Task, and every column represents a field of data.
Standard Columns
- Title: The primary name of the item. Includes an icon indicating the Space colors.
- Status: A color-coded dropdown for managing the project lifecycle.
- Assignees: Avatars of team members responsible for the item.
- Dates: Dedicated columns for Due Date, Start Date, and Release Date.
Custom Fields
If your Space uses Custom Fields, they will appear as additional columns in the List View. This allows you to track industry-specific metadata like “BPM”, “Guest Name”, or “Sponsor” directly alongside basic task data.
Powerful Operations
Bulk Editing
The List View is optimized for speed:
- Multi-Select: Use
Shift+ClickorCMD+Clickto select multiple rows. - Bulk Update: Use the floating action bar to change the status, assignee, or dates of all selected items at once.
Grouping & Aggregation
Organize your list by any column:
- Group by Status: Creates collapsible sections for each stage of your production.
- Task Counts: Each group header shows the total number of items and the count of completed items.
Column Reordering
Customize your layout by dragging column headers to rearrange them. Cuevue remembers your preferred column order for each Space.
Filtering & Search
- Filter Bar: Create complex filters (e.g., “Status is In Review AND Assignee is Me”) to focus on exactly what matters.
- Inline Search: Use the search icon in the header to filter the current list by title or custom field content in real-time.
AI Fields
If your Space uses AI-generated fields (populated from transcript content), they appear as columns with a subtle glow indicator showing they contain AI-generated content.
[!TIP] Drag column headers to rearrange your List View layout. Your column order is saved per Space.
