Views

A view is a way to look at your work. Every view in a Space shows the same underlying Projects and Tasks — only the layout changes. Open the views you need, switch between them in the Tab Bar, and Cuevue remembers them per Space.

Add a view with the + button at the end of the tab bar. You can add or remove views at any time.

Project & Task Views

These views are different visualizations of the same project data:

  • List View: A spreadsheet-style table for bulk editing statuses, assignees, dates, and custom fields.
  • Board View: Kanban columns you drag cards between to move work through your pipeline.
  • Timeline View: A Gantt-style schedule for durations, dependencies, and long-range planning.
  • Calendar View: A month/week calendar for deadlines and release dates.
  • Agenda View: A day-by-day schedule for short-term planning and team coordination.
  • ToDo View: A personal checklist that buckets your tasks by time (Today, Tomorrow, This Week, and more).

Other Views

  • Docs View: Collaborative rich-text documents and notes for the Space.
  • Directory View: People, guests, reviewers, and bookmarks in one place.
  • Canvas View: A freeform, widget-based layout you can build into a dashboard or a shareable client page.

[!NOTE] Each view type has a signature accent color in the tab bar so you can identify it at a glance.

Sharing a View

Any project/task view tab can be shared as a public link. Right-click a tab and choose Share View to generate a URL that captures the current view type, grouping, filters, and visible columns. Links can be password-protected and set to expire. See Tab View Sharing.

On Mobile

Views adapt to small screens with touch-friendly layouts, swipe actions, and bottom navigation. The Timeline gives each task its own row so bars never overlap — see Mobile Timeline.
