In-App Support

The fastest way to get help is through the Support Chat widget located in the bottom-right corner of your Space dashboard.

  • Availability: Mon-Fri, 9am - 6pm ET.
  • Response Time: We typically respond within 2 hours during business hours.

Reporting a Bug

To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please provide the following information when reporting a bug:

  1. Clear Description: What were you trying to do, and what actually happened?
  2. Steps to Reproduce: Can you make the error happen again?
  3. Environment: Which browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox) and device are you using?
  4. Identifiers: Your Space ID and Project ID (found in the URL).
  5. Visuals: A screenshot or screen recording of the error is worth a thousand words.

Feature Requests

We build Cuevue based on user feedback! If you have an idea for a new feature (like “Pro Tools Sync” or “Slack Notifications”), please use our Community Feedback Board  to submit your request and vote on others.


Security Reporting

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in Cuevue, please do not report it publicly. Email security@cuevue.io directly. We prioritize security reports and will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
