Settings & Configuration

Cuevue has one Settings shell per Space. Open it from the Space header — there's no separate "Account Settings" area. Most tabs configure that Space; a few follow you across every Space instead.

Tabs#

Tab	Scope	What it configures
General	This Space	Name, cover photo, color, status icon display, and terminology — including task/project types.
Access	This Space	People, invitations, role policy, Teams, and an audit of active share links.
Fields	This Space	Custom statuses (Workflow) and custom fields.
Presets	This Space	Default presets for new Projects/Tasks, and the shared preset library.
Integrations	Account + Space	Personal apps, this-Space apps, API keys, and MCP — see the full list below.
Automations	This Space	"When this happens, do that" rules. Requires a Studio plan.
AI	This Space	Cue's agent, knowledge sources, action permissions, and models.
Notifications	Account	Per-event in-app and email delivery preferences.
Advanced	This Space	Archived items, reviewer watermark default, and Space archive/delete. Owner-only.
Billing	Account	Subscription, invoices, payment methods, and usage limits. Pinned to the bottom of the sidebar.
Profile	Account	Your name, avatar, sign-in/security (including passkeys), and appearance preferences. Pinned bottom-left.

Settings by Role#

Only Advanced is Owner-only. Every other tab is capability-gated rather than tied to a fixed role — an Admin, or a Member/Guest granted access via role policy or a Team, can reach it.
