Client review + production, for podcasts and video

Your entire podcast production, in one tab.

Send clients one review link. Their transcript comments become markers for Pro Tools, Premiere, or Resolve. Then edit, clean up, and bounce in the same player.

  • No-account review links

Your whole show, from plan to delivery.

Plan it, make it, review it, ship it. One tab the whole way.

01 · Plan

Every episode, guest, and date in one place.

Plan the season in whatever view fits the day. Guests and clients sit right next to the work.

Spreadsheet chaos

The spreadsheet is stale before the edit is done.

Seven views. Zero re-organizing.

Board, List, Timeline, Calendar, Agenda, ToDo, and Playlist all show the same episodes. Status updates the moment work moves.

Gather the audio. Write the run sheet. Keep every file.

Everything you make for an episode lands in that episode, and AI already knows where it all is.

Chasing guest audio

Raw files arrive by email, WeTransfer, and text.

Request files and recordings with one link

Send a guest a link with the takes you need, a script or brief, and a deadline. They upload or record right in the browser, no account needed.

Project files end up in five folders, none of them current.

Files per project, and in Finder

Every project keeps its own folders, with version history on every file. Cuesync for Mac (Beta) puts them in Finder, so any app can open and save them.

Copy, paste, explain

Every AI chat starts from zero, and you still do all the clicking.

AI that knows your whole show, and can act on it

Cue already has the context: every project, transcript, comment, doc, and file in your space. Ask what the client flagged, then tell it to fix it. It assigns the edits, adds the markers, and moves the stage.

Ask Cue

“What did the client flag on Ep 14?” Answers come from your own projects, transcripts, docs, and comments, with citations.

DoStudio

“Assign the edits to Sarah and move it to mixing.” It shows the plan, runs the steps in bulk, and you can undo.

AI fields

Custom fields that fill themselves from the episode: summaries, topics, guest names.

Automations

When a cut is approved, move the stage, notify the editor, queue the publish. Rules that run without you.

Bring the same context to Claude, Cursor, or any MCP client. Agents can act, not just read: create projects, markers, and clips.

03 · Review & edit

Client notes land right in your edit.

Send one link. Clients comment on the exact moment. You fix it in the same player.

Vague feedback

Scattered notes turn review into guesswork.

Notes on the exact word, sent to your edit

Clients comment on a word or a whole range in the transcript. Their notes export as markers for Pro Tools, Premiere, Resolve, and FCP.

Welcome to the show. Today we discuss workflows.
Link chaos

Clients open the wrong version.

Secure sharing, no client accounts

One secure link per version. Clients open the right cut in any browser, no account needed. Team-only threads never reach their screen.

Export, re-import, repeat

Every small fix means a round trip to another editor.

Edit right in the review player

Cut, trim, and mix on the version itself, multitrack included. Clean up speech removes long pauses and filler words. Ride clip gain, set loudness, add fades and effects, and cut short social clips. Editing is for your team; reviewers still just comment.

04 · Deliver

One export, every destination.

Ship the final once. Cuevue sends it everywhere it needs to go.

Delivery déjà vu

The same final cut gets uploaded five times.

Ship to every destination at once

One export sends the final to Megaphone with its ad markers, plus YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Dropbox, and Google Drive. The client email comes pre-filled from your template with the episode's title, version, and due date. Take the transcript and captions as SRT, VTT, or text.

  1. 01 · Plan
Timeline of a scripted show's post schedule: dialogue lock, DX passes, pre-mix, composer spotting, SFX and score rounds

Lay out the whole post schedule on the Timeline.

  2. 02 · Create
An episode panel with status, assignees, description, guest, the episode's audio file, and its task list

Every episode keeps its guest, audio, tasks, and docs in one place.

  3. 03 · Review
Comment list with timed notes: Love this, Cut this section with a reply, and Move this section

Notes land on the exact time range they're about.

  4. 04 · Edit
The multitrack editor: the transcript above three mic tracks, one waveform per speaker, each with mute, solo, and volume

Edit every mic on its own track, right from the transcript.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. Every comment has a visibility toggle (team-only or client-visible) right in the composer. Reviewers opening a share link only ever see comments marked public, so the candid internal notes stay on your side of the glass. You see both conversations in one thread; your client sees a clean review.

MP3, WAV, and M4A for audio. MP4, MOV, and WebM for video. Upload directly, or connect Dropbox, Google Drive, or Zoom cloud recordings on Pro and up (video review is Pro and up too). Frame.io import is on Studio.

Yes. Invite members as admins, members, or guests, each with its own permissions. Guests are a great fit for clients or freelancers who only need to see specific projects. Pricing is per member, so you only pay for the people who actually work inside Cuevue.

Your media is stored on Cloudflare R2, encrypted at rest and served via short-lived signed URLs that route through our server (browser storage credentials are never exposed). Row-level security in our database means only people you've explicitly invited can access a space, and review links are token-based with optional password and expiry. Nothing goes public unless you choose to share it.

Your data is yours. Before cancelling, you can export transcripts (SRT/VTT/TXT) and the comments report for every project. Marker exports for Pro Tools (PTX), Premiere, EDL, FCPXML, and MIDI are on the Studio plan. There are no long-term contracts, and you keep access to paid features through the end of your billing period.

Yes. Studio is free for 14 days with full access. A card is required at checkout, nothing is charged for 14 days, and we send a reminder 2 days before the trial ends. Cancel anytime. The Free plan needs no card.

Yes. Video review, with frame-accurate comments and annotations, is on Pro and Studio. Upload MP4, MOV, or WebM, or record straight from your browser. The Free plan is audio only.

Ask Cue searches your projects, transcripts, and comments and answers with citations (press Cmd+K from anywhere). Studio adds Do, where Cue plans multi-step work and runs it on your approval, plus a REST API and MCP server for Claude, Cursor, and your own tools. Monthly AI credits: 10 on Free, 150 on Pro, 600 on Studio.

Yes, Cuesync, currently in Beta. It puts your Cuevue spaces in Finder so you can open and save project files from any Mac app. Files download only when you open them. See Cuesync.
