1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cuevue ("the Service"), operated by Cuevue Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Cuevue is an audio production management and review platform that provides project management, time-synced commenting, transcription, and collaboration tools for podcasters and audio teams.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Share your account credentials with third parties

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant Cuevue a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

6. Billing & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request an export of your data before account deletion.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cuevue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
