Yes. Every comment has a visibility toggle — team-only or client-visible — right in the composer. Reviewers opening a share link only ever see comments marked public, so the candid internal notes stay on your side of the glass. You see both conversations in one thread; your client sees a clean review.
MP3, WAV, OGG, FLAC, AAC, M4A, and WebM for audio. MP4, MOV, and WebM for video. You can upload directly or connect Dropbox, Google Drive, Riverside, or Descript to pull in recordings automatically.
Yes. Invite members as admins, members, or guests — each role has its own permissions. Guests are a great fit for clients or freelancers who only need to see specific projects. Pricing is per member, so you only pay for the people who actually work inside Cuevue.
Your media is stored on Cloudflare R2 — encrypted at rest, served via short-lived signed URLs that route through our server (browser storage credentials are never exposed). Row-level security in our database means only people you've explicitly invited can access a space, and review links are token-based with optional password and expiry. Nothing goes public unless you choose to share it.
Your data is yours. Before cancelling, you can export transcripts (SRT/VTT/TXT), markers (PTX, CSV, EDL, FCPXML), and the comments report for every project. There are no long-term contracts, and you keep access to paid features through the end of your billing period.
