Every upload is auto-transcribed with speaker labels. Reviewers comment on the words, not a featureless waveform, and you export the transcript as SRT, VTT, or plain text.

A client's “2:30, tighten this” becomes a named marker in Pro Tools (.ptx) or a MIDI marker for Logic, Cubase, and Reaper. No re-typing timecodes into your session by hand.
